1. Wholesale Account Terms

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and verification of business credentials. Approved buyers gain access to tiered pricing based on volume commitments.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and origin availability. Payment terms are Net 30 for qualified accounts, otherwise payment is due upon order confirmation.

3. Minimum Order Quantities

MOQs vary by product and grade. See individual product pages for specific requirements. Enterprise buyers may negotiate custom terms.

4. Quality Guarantee

All products include certificates of analysis. If you receive a shipment that does not meet documented specifications, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend insurance for high-value shipments. International shipments may be subject to customs delays and duties.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Returns accepted only for quality issues documented within 7 days of receipt.
